Matt made a new loan to the Malang group of Afghanistan.

Malang is the leader of the three-member group. Each of them wants to receive a loan for advancing their business, and have requested a group loan. Malang wants to take out a loan for his general store, Halema wants to take out a loan for her tailoring business, and Habibullah wants to take out a loan for his business of selling fresh fruit.
